My Approach To Therapy

  • It was during a long period of practice in the public sector that I forged a personal way of working, close to people and adapted to each person's individuality. I'm not afraid of anything in this field, and everyone is welcome.

  • If I prefer the term 'counseling' to 'psychotherapy', it's because I'm not a fan of any particular method or technique, but rather of a humanistic and flexible approach.

  • And I think that the word 'counselling' is well suited to remedying the pathologies of modern life: speed, stress, competitiveness, the breakdown of family ties, the discontinuity of relationships, loneliness and isolation - these are the ills that ravage the men and women of our time. Children themselves are caught up in this spiral, urged to individualise quickly and adapt to the standards in force, while at the same time adapting to a family life that has become uncertain.

  • The patients I see are witnesses to this era, and their words always seem precious to me, with their desire to be heard and to rebuild a bond. Each life story is like a book waiting to be read by attentive and courteous readers.

My Background

  • I think it's important that you know a bit more about me before we have our first therapy session together.

  • I hope that by getting to know me and the way I operate a little better, it will reduce any anxiety you may have about starting therapy.
  • I grew up near the beach and have always felt an enormous sense of inner peace and calm.
I created my practice with this in mind, so that in this space you can feel good and enjoy these good vibes every session.
  • I studied at the University of Paris, and did my internships at ....A few years after graduating, I decided to set up my own practice.
Over the last few years, I've continued to take part in a number of associations, so that I can continue to enrich my practice and help my patients as best I can.
